Whether they are simply curious about sobriety and wellness, looking to moderate or if they’re ready to completely remove the desire to drink, we clarify their intention and work our way forward to meet their goals. We recover self through a shift in mindset and support the body physically through nutrition and lifestyle modification.
- Empowering themed sessions including education, resources and tools. We explore the mind & support the body through healthy nutrition, lifestyle shifts & supplement recommendations.
- Packages include: Complimentary 15min session to determine fit, weekly 1/2 hr sessions (zoom/phone) & online support in between
- 6 Weeks = $450 CDN (+gst), $360 U.S.
